Refunds

• If our export fails its own measured check (wrong size, unreadable file), you get a full refund.
• Up to two retries on the same channel within 30 minutes.
• If a paid download expires before you could get it, we restore it or refund you.
• An official rejection is not something we can promise against. The government decides acceptance. Official photo-rejection refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support within 30 days with your receipt and the stated rejection reason. We assess whether the rejection relates to our formatting or checks and explain the decision. This does not limit any applicable statutory rights.
